Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Billing Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Cincinnati. You will manage service billing, coordinate with technicians and customers, and ensure timely responses to inquiries, while supporting various administrative tasks to keep operations smooth.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and collaboration with managers to maintain accurate service records and schedules.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Basic financial knowledge (A/R, A/P, POs, WOs).
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Process completed work order tickets and invoices per guidelines.
• Renew service contracts and invoicing; manage contract SOW records.
• Attend weekly planning and reconcile service paperwork.
• Coordinate technician schedule and preventative maintenance lists.
• Handle incoming customer calls and service dispatching as needed.
• Support quality assurance calls and customer inquiries.
• Provide service quotes with supervisor assistance.
• Complete projects by prioritizing work and managing time.
