Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a detail-oriented dispatcher-support role in Sharonville, OH. You will aid the Sales Team, Technicians, and Installers by maintaining accurate records in our systems and communicating appointment details to customers.

Responsibilities include scheduling service calls, coordinating with Residential Sales Consultants, and ensuring appointments are confirmed and updated in the Dispatch Board and Capacity Planning System.

• Plan and route technicians and Residential Sales Consultants efficiently based on availability and needs.
• Update dispatch boards and capacity planning systems to maximize scheduling efficiency.
• Provide professional, ethical representation of the company in all business matters.
