Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Sharonville, OH is seeking a detail-oriented dispatcher to support the Sales Team, Technicians and Installers by maintaining accurate data and coordinating service calls. You will schedule, route, and track calls, communicate with customers, and ensure timely follow-ups, while collaborating with center staff to maximize capacity and customer satisfaction.

Previous dispatching or customer service experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or dispatching desirable.
• Experience with AS400 systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
• Identifies potential problems to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Schedules service/maintenance calls and gathers customer needs and equipment information.
• Plans and routes technicians based on availability, skills, location, and system data.
• Updates dispatch boards and capacity planning systems as needed.
• Maintains professional communication with customers and internal teams.
