Job summary

CoolSys is seeking a proactive Dispatch Coordinator to prioritize calls, assign technicians, and coordinate with Service Managers to meet SLAs across the Cincinnati area. You will leverage strong computer skills (Excel/Outlook) to track workloads, respond to inquiries, and maintain clear records for performance reviews.

In this role you will maintain daily reporting, manage on-call crew rotations, and ensure timely communication with customers while supporting continuous improvement in field

Responsibilities

• Prioritize calls (incoming and backlog).
• Assign and dispatch technicians.
• Work with Service Managers to address open calls.
• Respond to inquiries.
• Create and distribute required reporting.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding missed SLAs.
• On a daily basis, review all incomplete calls.
• Maintain e entry and verify nightly “on call” crew.
• Work with Service Managers to ensure preventative maintenance is completed on schedule.
• Understand the geography of the market and understand the technicians.
