You will collaborate with Customer Advocates, Service and Plant Operations leadership, and the General Manager to drive route performance, customer satisfaction, and financial results.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes coaching, data analysis, and continuous improvement to protect service quality and fleet readiness while advancing toward senior operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating daily service operations.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily face-to-face check-ins with Customer Advocates and coach the team.
• Analyze route and customer data to improve service performance and growth.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for Service teams.
• Proactively anticipate challenges and implement solutions to improve retention and loyalty.
• Ensure fleet readiness and DOT compliance.
• Track action plans to drive improvements in service, revenue, and profitability.
