ImageFIRST is seeking a hands-on Service Operations Coordinator to lead daily service execution at our facility in Phoenix, AZ. You will partner with Customer Advocates, Service and Plant Operations leadership, and the General Manager to ensure on-time routes, product control, safety, and strong financial performance.

You will analyze route data, coach teams, and translate insights into concrete actions that boost customer satisfaction and retention while maintaining fleet readiness and DOT

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and direct people within service teams.
• Strong data-driven decision making using Excel and Power BI.
• Experience in service, operations, logistics, or route-based businesses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily face-to-face check-ins with Customer Advocates and provide coaching.
• Analyze route and customer data to improve service performance.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for Service teams.
• Anticipate challenges and drive solutions to improve retention and loyalty.
• Ensure fleet readiness and DOT/safety compliance.
• Track action plans to measurable improvements in service, revenue and profitability.
