ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists seeks a Service Operations Coordinator to bridge plant and service teams, ensuring daily route execution and adherence to service standards. The role uses data tools to monitor performance, drive revenue growth, and resolve issues in real time.

Collaboration with operations and sales teams is essential for quality service and customer loyalty. You will participate in fleet readiness, product control, and inventory management while supporting process

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Proven leadership and coaching ability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate computer and reporting system proficiency; Fluency in Microsoft Suite products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Must possess or obtain a DOT medical certification within a designated timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between plant and service teams to ensure daily route execution.
• Monitor route performance, data reporting, and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to improve service quality.
• Review invoices and ensure accuracy across deliveries.
• Provide coaching and support to Customer Advocates and drive customer loyalty.
