ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to lead daily service execution at a facility. You will partner with Customer Advocates, Service and Plant Operations leadership, and the General Manager to drive route execution and customer satisfaction.

You will focus on fleet readiness, safety, and financial performance, with accountability for results and potential growth into senior leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT medical certification.
• Experience in service, operations, logistics, distribution, or route-based businesses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily face-to-face check-ins with Customer Advocates, coaching and supporting execution of daily service standards.
• Analyze route and customer data to identify ways to improve service performance and growth opportunities.
• Translate insights into specific, business-minded recommendations and actions for Service teams.
• Anticipate challenges and drive solutions to improve retention and customer loyalty.
• Help ensure fleet readiness and compliance with DOT and safety standards.
• Track action plans through to measurable improvement in service, revenue, and profitability.
