ImageFIRST is seeking a hands-on Service Operations Coordinator to oversee daily service execution at a local facility, partnering with Customer Advocates and leadership to drive route performance, fleet readiness, safety, and financial results.

This role emphasizes leadership, data translation into actionable steps, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher is required.
• Experience in service, operations, logistics, or route-based businesses preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT medical certification.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily face-to-face check-ins with Customer Advocates, coaching and supporting service execution.
• Analyze route and customer data to identify improvement opportunities in service performance.
• Translate insights into specific, business-minded recommendations for Service teams.
• Anticipate challenges and drive solutions to improve retention and loyalty.
• Help ensure fleet readiness and compliance with DOT and safety standards.
• Track action plans to achieve measurable improvements in service, revenue, and profitability.
