Job summary

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to align plant and service teams, monitor daily route execution, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across locations.

You will partner with Customer Advocates, District Service Managers, and plant leadership to optimize product control, inventory, invoicing accuracy, and customer experience, driving loyalty and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
• Proven leadership and coaching ability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; DOT medical certification within timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily route check-ins with Customer Advocates and ensure accurate route data.
• Monitor fleet compliance, safety standards, and vehicle readiness.
• Attend product control and inventory meetings; assist with loadout planning.
• Review invoices and pricing reports for accuracy and adjustments.
• Support customer experience, onboarding, and loyalty initiatives.
• Provide coaching and support to Customer Advocates and drive service improvements.
