Job summary
ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists in Kansas City is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to lead daily service delivery at our facility. You will partner with Customer Advocates, Service and Plant Operations leadership, and the General Manager to drive route execution, customer satisfaction, fleet readiness, safety, and financial performance.

Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher required.
- Experience in service, operations, logistics, distribution, or route-based businesses preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily face-to-face check-ins with Customer Advocates and coach them to meet service standards.
- Analyze route and customer data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for Service teams.
- Anticipate challenges and drive solutions to improve retention and loyalty.
- Ensure fleet readiness and DOT/safety compliance.
- Track action plans to measurable improvements in service, revenue, and profitability.
