ImageFIRST is seeking a motivated Service Operations Coordinator to lead daily service execution at a local facility. You will partner with Customer Advocates and leadership to drive route performance, fleet readiness, safety, and financial results.

This hands-on role rewards proactive problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to turn data into concrete improvements for our customers and operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher is required or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and people management skills are essential.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations through Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service execution with Customer Advocates and operations leaders.
• Analyze route and customer data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for service teams.
• Ensure fleet readiness and DOT/safety compliance.
• Track action plans to improve service, revenue, and profitability.
