ImageFIRST is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to lead daily service operations at our Kansas City facility. You will partner with Customer Advocates, Service and Plant Operations leadership, and the General Manager to drive route execution, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

This hands-on role emphasizes coaching, data-driven decisions, fleet readiness, safety, and delivering remarkable service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily face-to-face check-ins with Customer Advocates and coaches.
• Analyze route and customer data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for Service teams.
• Anticipate challenges and drive solutions to improve retention and loyalty.
• Ensure fleet readiness and DOT safety compliance.
• Track plans to measurable improvements in service, revenue and profitability.
