You will develop the service operations plan and oversee scheduling, parts availability, and daily activities to ensure high‑quality repairs and timely delivery.

The role requires at least 5 years of supervisory experience, proven leadership and communication skills, and solid knowledge of local market conditions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years supervisory/management experience in a similar environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of local market conditions; heavy equipment context preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee service technicians, schedule work, and dispatch.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Lead performance reviews and coaching; hire and discipline with approvals.
• Manage inventory, assets, and billable repair work orders.
• Collaborate with branch and district managers on staffing and process improvements.
