Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of supervisory/management experience in a similar work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to motivate, manage, and evaluate the service technicians team.
• Oversee installations and repairs for customer-owned and PAR-owned vehicles.
• Schedule all service work and dispatch equipment; manage parts and materials.
• Ensure repair orders are charged promptly and profitably.
• Maintain inventory and assets; conduct regular team meetings and open communication.
• Participate in hiring, promotions, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
