Job summary

Rivian in Pennsylvania seeks a Service Production Supervisor to oversee the service center's daily operations, directing vehicle flow and enabling a fast, high‑quality work pace. You will coach technicians, mentor teams, and ensure parts, tools, and information are available to keep owners adventuring.

You'll lead by example, manage performance, and collaborate across departments to remove bottlenecks, uphold safety, and drive continuous improvements in throughput and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume automotive service environment.
• Deep technical acumen across modern vehicle systems including high-voltage, electrical, mechanical, and infotainment domains.
• Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles or workflow optimization in a service or production setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop the team of technicians, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Own the daily production rhythm from intake to final quality check and maximize throughput.
• Coordinate with Parts, Service Advisors and support teams to eliminate bottlenecks and uphold Rivian standards.
