Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum with strong field service, construction, manufacturing, industrial services, energy, or engineering support experience.
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Equivalent combinations will be considered.
• On-site based in Carlsbad, CA; regular Monday–Friday presence with up to 10% travel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate field assignments for technicians across active projects.
• Communicate with clients and contractors regarding site access, requirements, and timing.
• Prepare and oversee proposals including service, parts, and engineering support.
• Develop, document, and maintain department SOPs.
• Maintain detailed documentation for projects, service requests, and inventory.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.
• Prepare status reports reflecting plan and issues.
• Assist with resource allocation to support project execution.
• Communicate scheduling impacts to stakeholders promptly.
• Respond to inquiries from clients and team members in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide general administrative support to ongoing projects.
