Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, with an initial focus on battery energy storage sites.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and site interventions with regional service managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking spreadsheets.

Qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree is required.
At least 3 years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or similar project activities.
Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and maintaining compliance documentation.
Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, service docs, and multiple concurrent tasks.
Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint to maintain records and communicate status updates.
Ability to work independently with sound judgment and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with PMs, managers, contractors, vendors, customers, and legal/tax teams.
Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar systems.
Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other assets.
Review field-service reports in Scoop, attach supporting docs, and update Salesforce cases.
Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts/vendor activity, and resolve invoice and documentation issues.
