Lewis Systems & Service Co. Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage the flow of the service department from the office at our Lynchburg site.

You will answer calls and emails, schedule technicians, and help ensure timely, accurate service delivery. Responsibilities include creating estimates for maintenance and repairs, dispatching technicians, generating work orders, invoicing, and following up on parts orders.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years in a mechanical environment.
• Military background is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Answer service calls and emails and schedule service jobs for technicians.
• Create maintenance and service repair estimates.
• Dispatch technicians and generate work orders.
• Invoicing completed work orders and following up on parts orders.

Educación
