Job summary

Capstone Mechanical, LP. is seeking a Service Coordinator to assist with scheduling and dispatching technicians for service, maintenance, and emergencies.

You will act as a liaison between customers and the company to ensure needs are met in every interaction with internal and external customers. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and at least 1–2 years of dispatching experience.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for escalated issues.
• Receive calls, schedule and dispatch technicians.
• Relay work orders and service updates to customers and staff.
• Prepare and manage daily work and run schedules.
• Coordinate itineraries considering traffic, weather and hazards.
• Document and track customer purchase orders.
• Verify materials and submit for billing.
• Record service requests and manage unbilled hours report.
• Coordinate tools and inventory for service orders.
• Perform administrative duties and other assigned tasks.
• Applicants authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
