SiteWORX, based in Lebanon, Ohio, seeks a Service Coordinator to support field operations by handling service requests, scheduling technicians, and maintaining service records. You will act as a central contact among technicians, vendors, and internal teams for our heavy equipment fleets and road service work.

The role emphasizes safe, prompt, and efficient service delivery, with responsibilities ranging from documentation to coordination of resources and preventive maintenance scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Receive, document, prioritize, and respond to service requests by phone, email, or system.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, location, and skills.
• Communicate ETAs, delays, scope changes, and status updates to the team.
• Create, update, and close work orders with complete documentation.
• Coordinate parts, materials, and vendors to complete service work.
• Monitor open work orders and follow up to progress toward completion.
• Assist technicians with site access, service history, and technical documents.
• Review completed orders for accuracy and processing.
