Lewis Systems & Service, part of Flow Control Group, is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage service calls, emails, and scheduling for technicians. You will work with the service manager to ensure efficient operations and accurate execution of orders.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a technical mindset. Office-based position with potential interaction with warehouse/shipping environments.

Qualifications

• Respond to service calls and emails.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer calls and emails.
• Resolving customer issues and inquiries
• Creating estimates for maintenance and service repairs
• Scheduling Technicians to complete open work orders.
• Generating work orders and dispatching them to the technicians
• Invoicing completed work orders.
• Following up on repair part orders.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
