Job summary

Lewis Energy Group is seeking an Operations Coordinator, Maintenance to plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance activities ensuring safe, reliable operations. You will oversee scheduling, work orders, inventory and CMMS data, serving as the liaison between operations and maintenance to drive uptime and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid Class A driver's license is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CMMS (eMaint or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own the maintenance planning process, including work order prioritization and schedule development.
• Coordinate daily and weekly maintenance activities with parts, labor, and outside resources.
• Manage CMMS work orders from assignment through completion with documentation accuracy.
• Monitor maintenance performance, PM compliance, backlog, and equipment availability.
• Serve as liaison between Operations, Maintenance, vendors, and management.
• Coordinate maintenance materials, inventory, and procurement; review requests and invoices.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support decision-making with metrics.
• Promote safety, compliance, accountability, and teamwork; support after-hours maintenance.
