Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two+ years related experience preferred.
• Experience supervising retail staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure friendly service across all departments.
• Lead by example to promote teamwork and accountability.
• Plan and adjust work schedules; assign duties and monitor completion.
• Supervise store activities in the Department Manager's absence.
• Train staff on store policies, procedures, and safety.
• Review performance and support promotions or transfers as needed.
• Handle cash registers and other transactions as required.
