Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. in Yuma, AZ is seeking a Service Manager to lead a talented team of technicians, manage work orders, oversee scheduling, and build a productive shop environment.

You will deliver top-tier service to customers, develop the team, and strengthen relationships with clients while ensuring efficient operations in our Southwest Agriculture division, serving John Deere and other manufacturers.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience overseeing a team of technicians.
• Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with computer systems and new software.
• Must have valid work authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders from opening to closing in internal systems.
• Schedule and assign technicians to optimize workflow.
• Deliver excellent service to customers during repair processes.
• Communicate clearly with team and customers to keep everyone aligned.
