  • Deliver top-notch service to customers: communicate clearly, respectfully and in a timely manner during repairs.
  • Communication: keeping the team and customers aligned throughout the process.
  • Team Management and Development: lead, motivate, and support growth of technicians.
  • Customer Service and Relationship Building: ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
