Qualifications

• Preferred: Management experience in industrial sales or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage a service team; oversee overall team performance and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership to ensure a safe working environment and effective sales techniques.
• Resolve customer-related issues and train team on sales skills and service excellence.
• Support service representatives in the field, including site visits and incident resolution as needed.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and inventory to meet sales, profit, and operational goals.
