Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Manager to directly lead our customer-facing Service team. Responsibilities include hiring, performance management, and maintaining world-class customer service while meeting sales and payroll goals at customer sites.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma; a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Strong leadership and budget management are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the customer-facing Service team.
• Hire and perform management for team members; oversee performance and safety.
• Provide leadership to foster a safe working environment and resolve customer issues.
• Train the team on effective sales techniques and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Manage a budget and ensure sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals are met.
