Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Manager in Decatur, GA to lead the customer-facing Service team. You will hire, coach, and manage personnel while ensuring safe operations and exceptional customer service.

The role includes supporting field staff, delivering goods, and driving service excellence. The position requires a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or GED with preference for a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the customer-facing service team and oversee service operations.
• Hire, develop, and manage performance; ensure a safe working environment and high customer satisfaction.
• Support service reps with field visits and client interactions, including pickups and deliveries as needed.
• Achieve sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals and manage the service budget.
