Job summary

VIP Auto is seeking a Service Manager II to support a high-performing team and lead with safety, standards, and exceptional customer service. The role acts in place of an Assistant Manager and develops into a future Service Manager, focusing on staff development and compliant operations.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and ensuring every associate passes LMS and vendor requirements, while maintaining vehicle service quality and VIP program execution.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience; ASE/C1 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is priority and enforce safety policies.
• Perform duties of Assistant Manager and lead a VIP team.
• Develop a superior team with LMS and vendor training completion.
• Schedule the team to meet customer needs across all hours.
• Communicate with the team via daily huddles and meetings.
• Oversee dispatching of work orders and ensure proper execution.
