Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager II to oversee daily operations in our automotive service location. The role focuses on building an exceptional team, ensuring safety, process adherence, and high customer satisfaction while advancing to a future Service Manager.

You will hire and develop staff, schedule for all hours, monitor safety and compliance, and drive VIP programs and standards. Experience in automotive service management and ASE certifications are preferred; the position is exempt

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service team and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Hire, train, and develop associates per LMS and vendor requirements.
• Schedule staff to meet customer needs across all hours.
• Ensure compliance with service ethics and regulations.
• Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness.
