Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• ASE certifications and driving license are required/preferred as per job levels.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize workplace safety and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Assist in duties of Service Manager and lead a team to deliver VIP programs and standards.
• Schedule and develop staff, ensure LMS and vendor trainings, and supervise service operations.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management, oversee performance metrics and continuous improvement.
