VIP seeks a Service Manager II to support the Service Manager by leading a team, ensuring safety, coaching staff, and delivering outstanding customer experiences at the location. This exempt role focuses on building a high‑performing team and maintaining compliant operations.

The position requires strong leadership, adherence to policies, and hands-on supervision to meet performance targets while providing an exceptional customer experience daily.

• A comprehensive understanding of automotive servicing and the industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1 and report unsafe conditions.
• Carry out all duties of the Assistant Manager.
• Learn VIP’s processes to lead a team delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Hire the best associates and develop a superior team; ensure LMS training and ASE certifications.
• Schedule the team to meet customer needs across all hours of operation.
• Communicate with the team daily; conduct huddles and store meetings.
• Monitor email for appointments and communications.
• Train and deliver the 5 for 5 process with customers.
• Control dispatching of work orders to technicians.
• Attend off-site meetings and training several times per year.
• Facility and Equipment Maintenance duties.
• Procedural Compliance to adhere to service codes and regulations.
