This working manager role combines hands-on service work with people leadership, driving long-term customer retention and service growth through strong execution and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations to ensure responsiveness, organization and service quality.
• Lead field service technicians, schedule work, prepare quotes and coordinate parts.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide training, report on metrics, and drive service utilization and growth.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, clear customer communication, and team development.
