Job summary

Foley Industries is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead our field service team, manage scheduling, and ensure top-tier customer communication. The role focuses on safety, service quality, and team coordination across multiple locations, with travel for training and support.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, knowledge of heavy equipment, and prior service department experience to drive a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service experience.
• Experience or knowledge of heavy equipment.
• Experience working in a service department.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work is performed safely.
• Develop schedule to meet customer needs.
• Communicate with customers and technicians on repairs, status, price and follow-up.
• Ensure technicians have necessary training and tools needed.
• Review work orders and their status.
• Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
