Flow Control Group leads the IT Field Services team across the United States, ensuring technology readiness and excellent customer service for multiple brands. The IT Field Services Supervisor develops a geographically dispersed team of IT Field Technicians, drives performance, and aligns IT services with business needs.

You will recruit, coach, and manage scheduling, while collaborating with Infrastructure, Security, and Service Delivery to support multi-site operations and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, CS, or business.
• 5+ years IT support, desktop support, field services, or service delivery.
• 2+ years leading or supervising technical support teams.
• Experience managing remote and geographically distributed teams.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead a geographically distributed team of IT Field Technicians.
• Conduct performance reviews and career development planning.
• Manage scheduling, workload balancing, and travel coordination.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Drive a customer-first culture and continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Oversee service delivery, SLAs, MTTA/MTTR, and CSAT metrics.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Service Delivery teams to resolve complex issues.
