Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Service Loyalty Coordinator to make outbound service calls, build relationships with customers, and schedule appointments for the Service Department. You will direct calls, ensure messages reach technicians promptly, and route appointment details to the right service consultant.

Responsibilities include providing dealership management with reports, handling payments, and documenting purchases according to policy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Certificate from college or technical school, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, add, subtract, divide and comprehend written instructions.
• 6-12 months work experience preferred; strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound service calls and establish customer relationships.
• Direct calls and ensure messages reach service consultants promptly.
• Schedule service appointments or route to appropriate consultant.
• Provide reporting to dealership management.
• Collect retail charges in cash, check, or authorized charge account.
• Provide customers with the proper change and/or receipts.
• Process and document charge purchases per Controller policies.
• Close internal repair orders and route to Billing Clerk.
• File repair orders and parts tickets in customer service files.
