Zusammenfassung

AutoNation is seeking a Service Loyalty Coordinator to support the Service Department by making outbound service calls, building customer relationships, and scheduling appointments. You will route inquiries to the right service consultants, provide timely messages, and help keep our service operations running smoothly.

The role emphasizes strong customer service and communication skills, basic math for payments, and accuracy in documentation.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Certificate from college/technical school or 3–6 months related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, add, subtract and comprehend written instructions.

Aufgaben

• Make outbound service calls to uncover needs and direct calls accordingly.
• Ensure that service consultants receive messages promptly.
• Schedule service appointments if consultants are unavailable and route information to the appropriate consultant.
• Provide reporting to dealership management.
• Collect retail charges from customers in cash, check, or authorized charge accounts.
• Provide customers with proper change and/or receipts.
• Process and document charge purchases per Controller policies.
• Close all internal repair orders promptly and route to Billing Clerk for processing.
• File accounting copies of repair orders and parts tickets, filing hard copies in customer service files.
