Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Outbound BDC Agent to manage high-volume outbound campaigns and schedule service appointments across multiple dealership locations. You will build lasting relationships with customers and coordinate with Service Departments to drive revenue and ensure timely communication on reservations and recalls.

The role focuses on customer service excellence in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, requiring strong communication, organization, and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
• One year certificate from college or technical school, or 3–6 months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound campaigns and schedule service appointments.
• Foster customer relationships and drive revenue for AutoNation’s service departments.
• Maintain timely communication about reservations, recalls, and promotions.
• Use CRM/call center technology to manage schedules and data.
