Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and high‑quality food is prepared and served. You will supervise a restaurant crew, keep the line clean and well‑supplied, and ensure policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with Food Safety and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, and daily safety checklists.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are kept in good order.
