Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and that the restaurant crew is well trained. He/she maintains a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment.

The responsibilities of this position require Service Leaders to be on their feet working while clocked in, unless on break. You will help monitor line operations, assist with scheduling, training, and cross-training

Qualifications

• Cash handling policies and procedures knowledge.
• Food safety knowledge and health department awareness.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes and time/temperature monitoring.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Contribute to a well-organized, clean, and efficiently run service line.
