Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. The restaurant crew is trained to deliver excellent service, and the line is kept clean and organized.

You will oversee daily operations, support food safety protocols, train front-of-house staff, and help develop future SERVICE leaders while contributing to a welcoming, efficient dining environment.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, temperature checks, shelf-life monitoring, and daily safety checklist compliance.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks (banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork).
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered as needed.
• Ensure adequate supplies are available.
