Qualifications

• Must understand cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Assist in resolving food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor line equipment and maintain a clean, organized service area.
• Oversee crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train Front of House Crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Support office administration duties and ensure supplies are stocked.
