Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained crew. You will keep a clean line, manage equipment, and contribute to daily operations.

The role requires being on your feet, with additional tasks during slower periods. You will also help develop future Service Leaders, participate in performance reviews, and support office duties while upholding Chipotle’s standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Must understand and apply Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department requirements.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality, great tasting food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety through proper hand washing, glove changes and line monitoring.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, meetings and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with office administration and paper management.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are in good order.
