Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. You will keep the restaurant line clean and organized, supervise crew, and ensure the team delivers great customer service.

Responsibilities include maintaining food safety, training crew, and supporting office tasks as needed. This role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Must have high school diploma.
• Experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety and health department matters.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and maintain food safety standards.
• Support and monitor food safety practices, including handwashing and temperature checks.
• Assist in monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure supplies and equipment are in working order.
