Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold positive customer experiences by ensuring safe and high-quality food is prepared and served, while training the restaurant crew. The role involves maintaining a clean, organized line, supervising line equipment, and stepping in to complete tasks when not busy.

The position requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of food safety, and the ability to manage breaks, shifts, and training.

Qualifications

• Cash handling policies and procedures knowledge required.
• Food safety knowledge and health department awareness required.
• Familiarity with handling office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsabilités

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Maintain food safety practices and proper temp/handwashing checks.
• Assist with customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and train front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
