Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and training a well-prepared restaurant crew. The role involves maintaining a clean, efficient line, equipment checks, and stepping in to assist with tasks when not busy.

You will monitor breaks and schedules, support food safety policies, and help with crew performance reviews while developing future Service Leaders and handling some office duties.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Supervise and train restaurant crew; support crew scheduling and breaks.
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders and assist with office duties (banking, cash handling).
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and ordered as needed.
