The role emphasizes cleanliness, organized lines, and proactive task completion when not fully busy. You will support food safety practices, monitor time and temperatures, assist with crew performance, and participate in front-of-house development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Manage crew training and provide good customer service.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration and supply management.
