Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and that the crew is well trained. The role involves keeping a clean, organized line, monitoring line temps, and assisting with office tasks when needed.

You will contribute to crew development, lead shift activities, and help resolve incidents while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and standards.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Ensure the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in, and assist with tasks when not busy.
• Support crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked.
