Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, high-quality food and training a well-prepared restaurant crew. The role involves staying on your feet, keeping a clean line, and proactively assisting with tasks when busy.

You will drive food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while supporting crew development and administrative duties.

Formación

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• ,
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices (hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature on the line).
• Monitor line, shelf lives and daily safety checklist compliance.
• Address customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Coordinate crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future service leaders.
• Assist with office tasks (banking, cash handling, paperwork).
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained.
